Digital Resource Consent Request for Mote Technologies, INC

College Station ISD is dedicated to partnering with parents in safeguarding students’ digital privacy.

Parent consent is required to ensure students can safely and appropriately access digital resources used for instruction. These tools may include online learning platforms, educational apps, and web-based services that support classroom activities, communication, and skill development. By providing consent, parents acknowledge that these resources align with instructional goals and that reasonable safeguards are in place to protect student privacy, data security, and online safety while enhancing learning opportunities.

Once a parent gives consent, they have the right to review, delete, or limit the collection of their child’s personal information by digital service providers. Parents can initiate a request at any time by emailing dataprivacy@csisd.org.

If consent is not provided, alternative, non-digital, or limited-access learning materials will be provided.
