During the school year, the helpdesk is staffed Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. During the summer, the helpdesk is staffed Monday through Thursday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Or you can sumbit a work order. The work order system knows how to route tickets most effectively based on your needs, so you must select the correct ticket type for your request.
