To place a call to any phone or classroom at your school, simply dial the 4-digit extension to that phone.
Example 5400 would call the CSISD Central Office Main Line.
Tip: Try calling the classroom next door or across from you.
To place an internal call to any phone to anyone around the district, dial the 4-digit extension for the phone, person, or department you are trying to reach.
To place an external call to a parent or place of business outside of the district, please dial 9, then 1, followed by the 7-digit phone number.
Example: 9-1-764-5400 (No dashes needed)

For long-distance calls, please dial 9, then 1, followed by the 3-digit area code and the 7-digit number.
Example: 9-1-979-764-5411 (No dashes needed)
Actual dial pattern: 919797645400
For an Emergency, dial 911. There is no need to dial an extra 9, but if you do, it will work as well.

Things you should submit a work order for:
- Phone offline.
- No network connectivity on your phone.
- No dial tone, no audio, static, handset cord extremely tangled or faulty.
- Call quality or call cutting in and out especially if this happens on multiple calls and internal calls.
